About Erin Hoyes, Principal
Erin Hoyes founded Weldon Communications in 2019. Erin has nearly 15 years of experience in communications. She has a deep expertise in nonprofit communications and has worked with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, private foundations, public charities and individual philanthropists to communicate their charitable impact. Erin has also worked with a number of public figures and executives, primarily in the government and nonprofit sectors, to position them as thought leaders and industry experts. She has ghostwritten articles, keynote speeches, and blog posts that have been featured in national print and broadcast media.
Erin received her bachelors degree from Wake Forest University. She is a member of the Communications Network and the Public Relations Society of America. She is a nonprofit nerd and devoted supporter of several local and national charities. Erin is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and lives outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband and three young children.
